In the period 1998-2008 the total number of manpower that have been directly employed in Bonyad and it`s subsidiary companies have decreased to 50 percent and from 61,097 persons in 1998 has reached to 30,380 persons in 2008, that 95 percent of them (28,927 persons) are working in ranks and the others (1,453 persons) in the staff. It is necessary to mention that the decreasing arises from contracting simple and unspecialized activities, do not participating in less return and unprofitable activities ( like textile, home appliances, shoes and ……), and increasing manpower profitability .
