During the year 1997-2008 some
changes occurred in BONYAD strategies and following it, in costs and incomes that
for analyzing the process it is necessary to be attended. The most important changes
happened is separating of JANBAZAN affairs (devotees) from MOSTAZAFAN Foundation
in May 2004, that following it the kind and amount of gratuitous helps and also
acquisition of incomes were changed. Such strategy changes as government help cut
and cutting the use of taxes of subsidiary companies performance (continuing of
these incomes in next years is related to receiving the delays).

Changing policy of selling land
and property for provision of JANBAZAN, into creating added value on properties
policy is notable. By the way, from the year 2001 BONYAD reports are provided in
form of consolidated and are confirmed by the Audit Organization. In the following
