Rls. It is necessary to mention that more than %51 of the annual program and budget
has been fulfilled . The strict policies of the banks in the field of offering financial
facilities in the year 2008 has caused prevention in receiving the necessary financial
facilities in order to fulfillment of the goals and predicted investments.
In the year 2008, the most part of the investments of Mostazafan Foundation have
been in the fields that according to the mentioned policies in the Article 44 of
the Constitution, the government must not have any activity in those fields and
also infrastructure activities. From these kinds of investments, we can mention
