2. MANAGMENT TERMS IN BONYAD
Mostazafan Foundation was established , according to the verdict of the Great Leader
of the revolution and the founder of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN , Imam Khomeini ,
to the Revolution Council on 28 Feb. 1978
LETTER OF VERDICT :

,The Revolution Council
according to this verdict , has the duty of confiscating all movable & immovable
properties of PAHLAVI Dynasty and of the relatives and affiliated persons to this
hierarchy who have defalcated the Muslims funds during the illegal ruling over the
country , to the favor of the deprived and workers and poor employees ; and their
financial properties be saved in a distinct account number in banks by name of the
Revolution Council or myself and immovable properties like real states & lands be
confiscated and registered so that spend pro the poor of any caste , house constructing
and work creating and etc. I command to all guard committees in all over the country
that of those properties which they gain,save in a distinct account in bank,and
order the government that these properties do not relate to government and their
affairs are of the Revolution Council responsibility , and what the employees of
government gain or will gain , should deliver to bank in the same account number
, and those who have got something of these properties should immediately deliver
them to the guard committees or the banks , otherwise the offenders will be punished

BONYAD MOSTAZAFAN ( Mostazafan Foundation ) was established under supervision of
a board selected by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution on March 5th 1978 , whose
members were : Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenehiee , Akbar Hashemi Bahramani , Martyr
Dr. Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Beheshti , Mir Karim Moosavi Karimi (Ayatollah Ardabili
) Ahmad Jalali , Ali Asghar Masoudi , and Ezzatollah Sahabi
In it`s first session , the founders board wrote the statute of BONYAD MOSTAZAFAN
in 25 articles & 1 note , on June 24th 1978 which was confirmed by the Revolution
Council and , according to the article 8 of the non-profit institutions bylaw revisory
,was registered by No.1983 on July 25th 1978.On the July 12th 1979 the articles
of association legal bill of BONYAD was approved by the Islamic revolution council
and substituted for the statute which had been approved by the founders of BONYAD
